Hi, I’m Eric, and I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their energy, reduce stress, and embrace a more pain-free, vibrant life. For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the wellness arts of Reiki and Tai Chi, blending ancient traditions with a modern approach to health and healing.
As a Reiki Master-Teacher, practicing Reiki since 2007, I’ve had the privilege of sharing this transformative energy practice with countless individuals. Reiki offers a gentle yet profound way to ease stress, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Whether you’re navigating a challenging time or simply looking for a way to bring more balance into your life, Reiki provides a sanctuary of calm and renewal.
In 2014, I expanded my practice to include Tai Chi instruction, focusing on health-centered programs designed to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Tai Chi’s flowing movements and meditative focus make it an ideal practice for reducing stress while building strength and resilience. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of guiding hundreds of students as they discovered the physical and mental benefits of this timeless art.
Before moving to the beautiful landscapes of East Tennessee, I owned an award-winning gym in Tucson, Arizona, where I also worked as a certified personal trainer starting in 2009. While personal training helped me understand the mechanics of the body, my heart has always been drawn to the holistic and restorative power of Reiki and Tai Chi.
Outside of my work, I’m a family man at heart. My wife and our two cats bring endless joy to my life, and we’re all big fans of exploring the great outdoors of East Tennessee. Whether hiking through the Great Smoky Mountains or simply enjoying the peacefulness of nature in Southern Appalachia, I find inspiration in the world around me, which I bring into my teaching and healing practice.
